Featured Products
Non-Contact Radar Indicator
Non-contact radar continuously measures the level of powders, granules, solids or liquids in a vessel. Reliable even in high dust, these radar detectors excel in tall and narrow vessels. Pulse radar transmitters using a lower frequency are more commonly used in liquids and perform in diverse tank shapes and environmental conditions.
Rotary Point Level Indicator
Rotary bin level indicators are a common point level indicator used for high- to low-level material detection in bins, tanks, and silos. Wired to a horn, alarm or light panel, they send an alert when material reaches the desired level. Rotaries can be fit to many sizes of paddles and mounting plates. A compact mini-rotary is offered for constrained spaces.
SmartBob Monitor
SmartBob is a proven, accurate inventory management system for monitoring the level of powders and bulk solids for one or an entire network of bins, tanks, and silos. SmartBob options include models for high or super-high temperatures, measuring submersed solids, wireless communications, and are compatible with software for monitoring data.
BinCloud
BinCloud is a cloud-based inventory management platform that delivers level sensor data from bins, tanks, and silos to a web application accessible from any phone, tablet, or PC. Features include real-time monitoring, automated text and email alerts, historical reporting, and multi-site management. Industry-specific applications for agriculture, cement, feed, plastics, and more help optimize purchasing, scheduling, and eliminate manual level measurements.
Vibrating Probes
Dust Detector continuously monitors particulate emissions through an air filtration system and alerts when levels hit a threshold. Detect levels before they exceed regulatory standards or cause a health risk. Ideal as a broken bag detector in bag houses and to detect leaks or excessive particulate matter in cartridge filters, bin vents, and cyclones.
3D Scanner
3D scanners provide continuous, non-contact level measurement using dust-penetrating technology for unsurpassed bin volume accuracy. Unlike single point devices, 3D scanners can measure multiple points to detect irregular material surfaces, cone up-or-down conditions, or sidewall buildup. Advanced acoustics-based technology performs well with powders and bulk solids in tanks, silos, domes, warehouses, open bins, and piles.
Guided Wave Radar Control
Guided wave radar for liquids provides accurate, continuous level measurement utilizing time domain reflectometry (TDR) for level and interface measurement in vessels and tanks containing liquids. Reliable even in environments with steam, vapor, foam, condensation, or liquids prone to residual build-up.
Ultrasonic Sensor
The BM-30 particulate monitor detects dusts, powders, granules, and pellets as well as liquid particulates such as mist before emissions are visible. Meet regulatory requirements and prevent loss of valuable powders. LCD display allows for easy setup and adjustment of parameters and variable output monitoring. Includes continuous emission monitoring, baghouse filter leak detection, and process particulate flow monitoring.
Laser Level Transmitter
The laser level transmitter provides non-contact, continuous level measurement in a tight beam, ideal for narrow vessels, constrained spaces, or applications requiring precise targeting. Suitable for bulk solids, pellets, granular materials, and opaque liquids, laser measurement is highly accurate and unaffected by surface angle, heavy vapors, or pressure. Battery-powered wireless models are available for simple installation, with data integrating directly into BinCloud software.
Capacitance Probe
Ultrasonic sensors provide continuous, non-contact level measurement for liquids at distances up to 50 feet using ultrasonic sound waves. The TS-100 series features rugged type 316 stainless steel construction for harsh factory and outdoor environments, while the TS-200 series offers chemical-resistant PVDF housings for corrosive applications. Ideal for tank level measurement, batch control, distance ranging, flood monitoring, and object detection across a wide range of industries.
Diaphragm Switch
Diaphragm switches provide economical point level control for high- or low-level detection in bins and silos containing free-flowing dry bulk solids such as grain, feed, and fertilizer. Material pressure activates a microswitch that can be wired to a horn, light, alarm, or point level alarm panel. Available in standard and explosion-proof models with internal or external mounting and neoprene or silicone diaphragm options.
Tilt Switches
The tilt switch is a cost-effective point level indicator for detecting high levels of large, heavy materials in bins, tanks, and silos. A steel ball activates a microswitch when the device tilts at least 15 degrees, triggering a light, horn, or alarm. Suspended over a control point using wire rope or chain, it also serves as a load sensor over piles or conveyor belts and detects plugs in chutes. Ideal for grain, sand, gravel, aggregates, and coal.
