Continuous Level Sensors
80 GHz radar for continuous level measurement in dusty silos, bins, and tanks — it reads through dust, vapor, and condensation where ultrasonic sensors can struggle. The long-range NCR-86 and compact CNCR families cover everything from tall cement silos to small IBCs, wired or wireless. The modern default for real-time inventory and process control.
The proven weight-and-cable workhorse for multi-bin inventory across powders, solids, liquids, and slurries. Network up to 255 SmartBobs and view every bin from one PC, phone, or tablet—at a lower cost per point than putting radar on every vessel. The right call for dusty or condensing materials that fool electronic sensors.
Contact level measurement for solids or liquids where buildup or low dielectric challenge a top-down beam. The GWR-2000 and GWR-3000 guide the signal along a probe for reliable readings in clingy, coating, or low-reflectivity materials. The dependable choice when the vessel or material defeats non-contact radar.
Ultrasonic level measurement for shorter-range liquids and process vessels in clean, low-dust conditions—a proven, economical choice where you don't need radar. The ToughSonic 100 and 200 handle day tanks, sumps, and clear process liquids without contacting the material. Best where the air is clean; for dusty, foaming, or vapor-heavy vessels, non-contact radar is the better call.
Narrow-beam laser measurement for tall, narrow silos and precise targeting past internal structures. The LL-100 aims where wider radar beams can't — ideal for vessels with agitators, ladders, or fill streams in the way. Continuous, non-contact level for hard-to-hit points.
Point Level Switch Sensors
The simplest, most rugged point-level switch you can buy—a paddle turns until material stops it, with no calibration and no dielectric settings. It handles nearly any dry bulk solid from light fluff to heavy aggregate for high-, mid-, and low-level detection. BMRX models add fail-safe logic and at-a-glance LED status for critical bins.
A high-sensitivity point-level switch sensor that detects light, fluffy, and aerated bulk solids down to 1.25 lb/ft³ — flour, sawdust, carbon black, Styrofoam, and plastic flakes that never move a rotary paddle. A vibrating blade switches the moment material dampens it, with no calibration, no dielectric settings, and no rotating parts to wear. VRX, round-rod, fork, and compact models cover top, side, cone, and plugged-chute mounting from standard to sanitary and high-temp.
The most economical point-level switch for free-flowing dry bulk solids—material presses a flexible diaphragm against a micro-switch, and it trips. BM-25, BM-45, and explosion-proof BM-65 models cover ordinary bins through combustible-dust areas and plugged chutes.
Simple, low-cost high-level and plugged-chute detection for bins, silos, conveyors, and open piles. One moving part tilts at 15° to trip a microswitch—nothing to calibrate, and it reaches points other sensors can't, like conveyors and stockpiles. Hanging BM-T and mercury-free, hazardous-location BM-TSM models handle solids and powders at 15 lb/ft³ and up.
The most versatile point-level switch in the lineup—one PROCAP sensor handles powders, solids, slurries, and liquids by swapping the probe and sleeve. PRO-Shield ignores buildup and bridging, so it stays reliable in dusty, sticky, or clingy materials where simpler switches fail. High-, mid-, and low-level detection with fail-safe relays and calibration in seconds.
Bulk Inventory Management Software
Real-time bulk inventory monitoring for your bins, silos, and tanks—on any device, across one site or hundreds. Automated text and email alerts warn you before you run out or overfill, and level history turns into smarter buying. It reads from the BinMaster sensors you already trust, with industry-specific views for grain, cement, feed, and plastics.
The on-premise alternative to BinCloud—the same dashboards for your bins, silos, and tanks, but the data never leaves your building. It runs as a webserver on your local network and ships pre-installed on a dedicated controller, so you keep full local control. The right answer when IT policy keeps inventory off the cloud.
